NovaLife connection problems
This guide helps you resolve connection problems to your NovaLife server.
Checks​
1. Client version​
Make sure you're using the latest NovaLife version compatible with the server.
2. Game files​
Verify file integrity via Steam:
- Steam Library
- Right-click on the game
- Properties > Local files
- Verify integrity of game files
3. Server configuration​
Check in the panel:
- The server is started
- The ports are correct
- No errors in the logs

Connection error​
- Restart the server from the panel
- Check the logs to identify the error
- Make sure the database is accessible
